●はじめに愛知県刈谷市の小児科医院広瀬クリニック（内科、皮膚科も併設）の実例をご紹介します。この医院では、当初は看護師、検査技師など２０人以上の医療従事者の方々の院内感染防止策のために、プロテクトＸ１を採用されました。手洗いを徹底すればするほど手荒れが避けられないことは、どこの医療施設にも共通することですが、当医院においても同様の状態でしたので、プロテクトＸ１を０６年７月、手荒れ予防用品として導入されました。　

●First of all, let us introduce the actual cases reported from Hirose Pediatric Clinic including Internal Medicine and Dermatology, located in Kariya-city, Aichi Prefecture. Hirose Clinic has accepted the "Protectx1" to prevent the hospital infection for more than twenty medical staff including nurses and medical technologists.It is common for any medical facilities where the more they carry out thorough hand-wash, it is inevitable for them that their hands get rough and dry. As Hirose Clinic has been facing a similar situation, "Protectx1" has been introduced at the clinic for skin-care products in July, 2006.

●Furthermore, Dr. Shigeyuki Hirose, Clinic Director has focused attention on its strong protective effect as well as superior sense of use generated from "Protectx1".
